iSales Dynamics

iSales Dynamics was formed with an entrepreneurial team who are experts at scaling organizations. We have well over a 150 years of combined experience in taking companies through all phases of growth in scaling. 

We specialize in and predominantly serve hardware and software companies, as well as non-profits. Our dogs inspire our packages and our philosophies in people and process management. We believe that with the recipe of consistency, agile methodology, and operational excellence, sprinkled with love, all things are possible. 

The company was formed in 2020 from an idea and a dream to follow our passion; helping young tech companies build a solid business foundation, great sales teams and processes that grow revenue.  We’re experts in launching early-stage tech companies into new and existing markets. Our track record includes multiple successful launches in the US.

I am hardworking with a desire to perform to the best of my abilities. My passion is to help both companies and people learn and grow. I have a proven track record of work and volunteer experience in executive management, senior sales and operational positions. I have a unique balance of leadership, mentoring and learning from peers and staff. From a sales perspective, I have deep prospecting, objection handling, presenting and closing skills that I utilize as both a leader and practitioner. I am schooled in the art of customer service and strive to mediate as well as resolve customer, internal and sales team issues. I am a published author recognized for my work in Technology and in Human trafficking by CRN Magazine; The President of Ireland, and many other organizations. My writing helps me further share the many lessons I have learned through life experience and learning from others. I have a Masters of Business Administration & Data Science from the University of Illinois - Geis School of Business, a Masters of Science in Communication from Northwestern University, a Leadership Certificate from Wheaton College and a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication with a Minor in Psychology, from Purdue University.

I have a strong passion for helping young leaders reach their potential. There are many “right ways to lead” and “right ways to accomplish a task” but finding what is right for each individual in the organization is where I specialize. I spent 30 years in the military perfecting this skill effectively together and to mentor young talent to enable them to be tomorrow’s leaders.”
